Georgia River Network is hosting a Save the Swamp Mardi Gras Benefit Party to get you fired up about protecting the Okefenokee!

Join us February 13 (Fat Tuesday!) from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. in Atlanta to support the cause and enjoy live music by Michelle Malone, a low-country boil and refreshments while communing with fellow advocates around a huge Christmas tree bonfire. If you’re lucky, you just might find the baby in the King Cake and be crowned King or Queen of Mardi Gras!

Also, be sure to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a new Old Town Vapor 12XT kayak! The drawing will take place at 7:15 p.m. during the event, but you need not be present to win!

Purchase tickets at garivers.org/mardigrasbenefitparty.
